Please read the terms and conditions below regarding ticket purchases for Joondalup Festival events. By attending or purchasing a ticket to any Joondalup Festival event, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Ticket purchases

Online:

Tickets can be booked via the link in each event listing.

In person:

City of Joondalup Customer Care Centre
90 Boas Avenue, Joondalup

8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

Ticketbooth manages all online ticketing. For enquiries or lost tickets contact support@ticketbooth.com.

Terms and conditions of tickets purchased from Ticketbooth are available on the Ticketbooth website.

All ticket prices include GST and exclude booking fees.

Refunds & Exchanges

All ticket purchases are final and shall not be refunded, except as required by law or in accordance with the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice or as otherwise specified by the City of Joondalup. Requests for ticket exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

If you can no longer attend an event, you may pass on your ticket to a friend or family member. You are responsible for notifying the new ticketholder of any event changes.

Program changes

Artists, venues, and seating arrangements may change without notice. The City of Joondalup will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates.

Program changes do not entitle ticketholders to a refund.

Companion cards

Joondalup Festival honours the Companion Card Fair Ticketing Scheme. Ticket purchases made by a valid Companion Card holder are eligible to receive a second,
complimentary ticket to the event for a carer or companion (subject to availability).

A valid Companion Card Number must be entered at the time of booking and staff may also ask to see your Companion Card on entry to the event.

Admission

Latecomers may be admitted only at a suitable break.

Bags may be inspected for safety reasons.

Unrestricted views are not guaranteed.

The City of Joondalup and/or venue management may refuse entry or remove patrons in line with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. No refunds apply in these cases.

photography & Filming

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. This material may be used by the City of Joondalup in any medium without further approval or compensation.

Professional filming, photography or audio recording is not permitted without authorisation.

Cancellation

All Joondalup Festival events will proceed in most weather conditions unless otherwise decided by the City of Joondalup. In the case of cancellation, details will be communicated, and Joondalup Festival staff will contact you to organise a refund. If rescheduled, existing tickets remain valid. If you fail to supply sufficient and appropriate contact information, the City of Joondalup is not responsible for any failure to contact you.

The City of Joondalup reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
