EVENT NOW OVER
Here’s the thing about regular movie screenings: they’re just a bit too… quiet. Too orderly. Too sensible. So we’ve taken the beloved Mamma Mia! movie musical and transformed it into the most joyful, chaotic, absolutely fabulous cinema experience you’ve ever had.
Welcome to our Mamma Mia! immersive screening spectacular, hosted by the incomparable entertainers from Tone & Cheek. Picture this: the movie playing on the big screen, but in front of it? Shadow dancers busting out every iconic move during the musical numbers. Drag queens leading conga lines through the cinema. Audiences belting out ABBA classics at full volume. The entire theatre becoming one glorious Greek island celebration.
Whether you’re a die-hard Mamma Mia! devotee who knows every word to every song or you just love a good sing-along with irresistible pop music, this is cinema as it should be – loud, proud, interactive and overflowing with joy. Grab your mates, pre-order a pizza (or BYO food), hit up the licensed bar, nab a bean bag or deck chair, and prepare to laugh, sing, dance and maybe discover a few new moves from our fabulous shadow dancers.
This isn’t passive entertainment. This is full-body, full-voice, fully committed musical theatre mayhem where inhibitions check out and everyone checks in to the Hotel Bella Donna. From “Dancing Queen” to “Waterloo,” from Sophie’s dilemmas to Donna’s power ballads, you’ll experience every moment like you’re part of the wedding party on that sun-drenched Greek island.
Feel free to sing along to every ABBA anthem – this screening welcomes your inner superstar! Two nights only! Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, gathering the squad for an unforgettable night out, or simply ready to unleash your Dancing Queen energy – this is the event that will have you saying “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!” (more tickets).
My, my – how can I resist ya?
