Joondalup Symphony Orchestra (JSO) is a thriving, inclusive, dynamic and modern organisation located within the City of Joondalup. The Joondalup Symphony Orchestra Chorus is made up of local community members and music lovers, uniting voices and hearts in perfect harmony.
The Chorus is led by Pia Harris, a music director, conductor and soprano who completed her Masters at the Royal College of Music in London and underwent training programs at English National Opera and the National Opera Studio.
Pia has performed as a principal artist with Opera Holland Park London, New York Lyric Opera, and West Australian Opera. As Director of Music at Breaksea, Pia has performed, programmed and produced many recent large-scale projects and is a participant in Perth Symphony Orchestra’s Women on the Podium conducting program.
This performance takes place inside the Council Chambers at the City of Joondalup Civic Centre.

The Council Chambers can be accessed via stairs, a ramp or a lift from the underground car park.
The audience will watch the show from the gallery benches, with additional seating also provided.
The performance begins with a string quartet playing in the foyer, before the JSO Jazz Band will get you warmed right up with a few funky classics.
For the main event, The Chorus will perform six stunning harmonies backdropped by the chamber décor.
